September 11, 12 and 13 were exciting days where we were able to immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of agricultural, industrial processes, sustainability and cultural transformation of the Danec Group.

Palmeras del Ecuador was the first agricultural company to live this experience. For the first time, representatives from the Commercial and Marketing area shared with collaborators the final products that reach every corner of Ecuador. Representative brands such as: Palma de Oro, Regia, Samsón, Quadriccio, Q-Rico and many more were the protagonists of this internal meeting.

Additionally, we took the opportunity to present the complete cycle of our agricultural and extraction processes; the Palmas & Personas project focused on the area of ​​Pollination; sustainability in daily actions by Integrated Management Systems; benefits and services for workers through Social Welfare – Talent and Culture; assertive communication and active listening through Communication.

It was a unique event that united us all around our powerful purpose: “Inspired by you, we improve lives.” We lived unforgettable moments that reminded us why we are here: to inspire and improve lives.
