With the objective of sharing with our people and improving our agricultural processes, the Talent and Culture area accompanied the collaborators of Pollination, Seed Production, Planting and Agricultural Maintenance.

In this sense, a meeting was also scheduled with the Occupational Health and Safety team together with the technical team to analyze improvements to be applied with the Chemical Circles area; with whom they shared, talked and exchanged ideas to prosper together.

These visits allow for an accurate assessment of the situation on the ground and provide an invaluable opportunity to collect real-time data on process efficiencies, crop coverage, relevant environmental and operational factors, among others.
