Representatives of our agricultural team from Palmeras del Ecuador had the opportunity to visit the agro-industrial territory of Urabá (Antioquia – Colombia) in order to learn about different ecosystems that have developed standardization of processes, work trackers and quality of supervision.

They shared with large companies such as: Banaexport, Nuevo Mundo Oleico SAS, Bioplanta, C.I. Tropical; that have integrated Ag-Tech + IoT + BigData in their agricultural production processes for banana export and palm oil production OxG. 

In the same way, the Bioplanta and CI Tropical Skills Centers allowed us to detect and exchange strengths to improve our processes, productivity and quality indices.

We are convinced that these detailed spaces in standardized training and re-training leave us unique lessons in lifelong learning, interaction and construction of different activities, techniques and skills, both work and social.
